Welcome
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of the Inclpress website, as well as all sales of our products and the provision of our services. Inclpress may update these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice. However, the terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, regardless of any subsequent revisions. By continuing to use our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
When using specific Inclpress services, you may also be subject to additional guidelines or policies that apply to third-party service providers or subcontractors working with Inclpress. Any such additional terms will be considered part of these Terms of Use.
Inclpress provides printing services, including design, production, and delivery of printed materials. Unless otherwise stated, any new features or services introduced in the future will also be subject to these Terms of Use. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
Inclpress is not responsible for the loss, deletion, or failure of delivery of any user-submitted content, such as designs, graphics, or photos, nor for any technical issues that may affect access to or storage of such materials.
Billing and Payments
Inclpress does not process payments directly through its website. Instead, once an order is confirmed, an invoice is issued through a third-party payment service provider. Customers can complete their payment via the provided invoice using credit card, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
All payments must be completed in full before production begins. Any delays in payment may result in a delay in order processing and delivery. Inclpress reserves the right to update its payment processing methods and providers as needed.
File Check
Inclpress's file check department checks the designs of your uploaded files for your print orders. The file check is designed to ensure that the quality of the production is consistent with your expectations. If the file is not designed properly, the file check department has the authority to request a redesign for proper and optimal print quality. Examples of incorrect designs that may result in a hold of your order include, but are not limited to: incorrect design for full bleed printing, pixelated or low resolution images, and incorrectly paginated book
orders.
Bypassing The File Check Recommendation
You have the right to request that a file be printed despite the potential file design issues that Inclpress’s file check department may have found.
Effects of Bypassing the File Check Recommendation
If you designate that your order is to be printed despite the recommendation of Inclpress's file check department, Inclpress has the right to refuse issuing a requested refund or reprint of your order.
Production and Shipping Delays Resulting from Incorrectly Designed Files
The date that your order ships out from our facility may be delayed if there are delays due to incorrectly designed files. The file check department will make its best attempts to promptly communicate to you the nature of the problem and the ideal solution so that you can submit the correct file as quickly as possible.
Effects of sending new/late files or changing your order.
Customers occasionally change their files/order before they've approved their proof, and we accommodate these requests. If your change to the order increases the price of the order, you will be required to pay the difference. Your shipment date may be delayed if the provided files to print are submitted later than 11am KST the same day of submitting your order.
Proofs
Inclpress provides customers with free online proofs and offers hardcopy proofs for an additional fee upon request. If requested, an online proof will be made available for your review at no cost. Hardcopy proofs, which provide a more accurate preview of the final product, can also be requested for an additional charge. Preparation times for both types of proofs may vary depending on the complexity of the project. Your approval of the proof is required before production begins, and Inclpress is not responsible for any delays caused by late
approval.
Online proofs are a convenient way to confirm pagination, layout, binding, and dimensions, but they are not an exact representation of final printed colors due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. Hardcopy proofs, while not a perfect reproduction, offer a closer likeness to the final product in terms of color and print quality. However, they require additional time for production and shipping, making them less suitable for time-sensitive projects.
When a hardcopy proof is requested, we make every effort to match colors in production as closely as possible. However, slight variations may still occur due to the nature of the printing process. While Inclpress representatives can provide guidance, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine whether an online or hardcopy proof best meets your project requirements.
Allowances for sending in new files or changing your order after you have approved your proof.
In most cases, we will accept file/order changes if your proof is not yet approved. However, once your proof has been approved, Inclpress may begin printing your project at any time, and reserves the right to refuse to accept any changes to your files and changes to your original order. If your resubmission is accepted, a new proof will be sent and will need to be approved before printing may begin.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any order that has not yet started printing. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department via phone or email.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our printing services, Inclpress does not offer refunds or reprints unless there is a verifiable defect in the final product resulting from an error on our part. We stand by the quality of our printing and take every measure to ensure accurate production based on the approved proof.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify Inclpress in writing within five (5) business days of receiving the shipment.
Claims must include a detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence, such as photographs or samples of the affected product.
Inclpress reserves the right to inspect the reported issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Minor variations in color, trimming, and finishing that fall within industry standards do not constitute defects and will not be grounds for reprints or refunds. Additionally, Inclpress is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof, including but not limited to typos, layout issues, or design flaws.
To prevent fraudulent claims, Inclpress may request the return of the defective product for evaluation before approving any reprint. If a reprint is authorized, it will be produced using the original order specifications.
Inclpress reserves the right to refuse any claim that appears fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with reasonable expectations for commercial printing.
Proof of Quality Issues
If you believe your order has a quality issue and are requesting a reprint or compensation, Inclpress may require visual proof, such as photographs, or the return of the printed products for inspection. Claims will be reviewed carefully to determine if the issue resulted from a production error.
Once the issue has been assessed and confirmed as a defect caused by Inclpress, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a reprint or compensation. Any request that does not meet our quality assurance criteria or falls within standard industry tolerances may not be eligible for a refund or reprint.
The Refund Policy is subject to the following related policies:
• Cancellation Policy
• File Submission and Pre-Press Guidelines
• Shipping Policy
• Damaged Package Policy
Inclpress reserves the right to deny claims that are not supported by sufficient evidence or that appear inconsistent with reasonable commercial printing expectations.
Shipping
Inclpress partners with international third-party carriers to ship orders worldwide. While we ensure that all orders are properly packaged and handed over to the carrier in good condition, we are not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or issues that occur during transit.
Shipping transit times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other external factors. Inclpress does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
If an order is delayed due to an issue on Inclpress’s end, we may offer an upgraded shipping option or a partial shipping cost refund. Any concerns about delivery delays or damaged shipments must be reported to [email protected] or by phone at +82-70-0000-0000 within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Lost Packages
In the event that a package is lost during transit, Inclpress will work to resolve the issue by either reprinting the order under the same production terms or offering compensation, depending on the situation. If the carrier locates the lost package, it will be promptly rerouted to the customer. However, if the customer receives both the original and the reprinted order, the customer will be required to pay for the reprint or return it at Inclpress’s expense. Please note that shipping carriers typically require up to 10 business days to process shipping cost refunds.
In cases where the package cannot be located by the carrier, we will need confirmation from the carrier before proceeding with compensation or a reprint.
Damaged Packages
If a package is damaged during transit, Inclpress will either reprint the order under the same production terms or offer compensation. The customer will need to provide documentation and, where necessary, submit the damaged package and its contents to the carrier for inspection as part of the claims process. The final resolution will be based on the carrier's assessment and the circumstances surrounding the damage.
